Caught Red Handed!

Ladies and Gents, we have a case!! As I walked into the backyard of some friends, I discovered this terrible scene! Can anyone guess what they were doing?

    Well, it's close to Halloween, and it looks like these 2 girls are doing something with an animal skin. Is this some kind of cult? Ahahaha!
