The Bible, of course! It just comes alive! I see new things everytime I read it. It has guided me on the road of life and has helped me to live for Jesus. I am thankful for God's Word!
Wellsprings - Thoughts from Genesis. Excellent little book! You can probably find this one through the Pentecostal Publishing House. It's almost like a little devotional book. Short thoughts, but very good!
Character Is Destiny. I have not read this one yet but I want to! It was recommended and I have heard good things about it.
A Prophet in our Time - The Life Story of T. W. Barnes. A sister in our church bought this book at West Coast Conference last year and loaned it to us. I loved this book so much I just couldn't put it down! Bro. Barnes is passed away now, but there is a website on the side of my blog that sells his books and preaching still. Awesome!
Verbal Bean: Prayer. I happened to come across this book at just the right time. I really needed it! This book taught me so much more about prayer and really helped me out. I would definitely recommend reading this book!

I have not read that book yet but I definitely want to! Bro. Booker wrote another book about the life of King David, and I want to read that one, too. Good stuff!

"A Woman After God's Own Heart" is written by Elizabeth George. She is not an Apostolic writer, but its still, really, really, REALLY good!!! Sis. Abbott always tought us the stuff in this book...its all about what God wants us to do an be. You can pretty much get it at any Christian book store or probabley a better deal on Amazon. What I really like about it is that she didn't start out this way and like her marriage was goin down the pits until God opened her eyes and revealed to her what he expects from woman...plus I like it cuz she wasn't VERY organized BUT learned it...which is VERY INSPIRIN FOR ME!!! Hee, hee!!! Her husband has also written, "A Man After God's Own Heart" which I really want to read, JUST to see whats up with them...you know to HELP THEM...HAHAHA!!! ;) Well i'm defantley going to look into Verbal Beans prayer book!!!
