Oriental Chicken Wings

Okay Nancy, I promised I would start posting recipes so here it goes! This is a recipe for Oriental Chicken Wings! We have these pretty often and just about everyone likes them.

Here's what you will need:

  • 2 lbs. chicken wings (small party wings work best)

  • 1/2 c. soy sauce

  • 1/4 c. honey

  • 1 garlic clove, minced

  • 1/2 tsp. ground ginger

  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard

  • 1/2 c. chopped green onions.

Instructions:

Place chicken wings in a shallow baking pan. Combine soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, ginger, dry mustard and green onions to form a marinade. Pour over chicken and place uncovered in 400 degree oven. Baste while cooking at least every 15 minutes, turning pieces over as you baste them. Bake for 1 hour. Serve with white rice.

Oh my word... this recipe sounds delicious! I'm going to make this for Sean one of these days. Girl, since both your parents are very talented with cooking skills, it is no wonder you turned out the same :)
Do you sometimes pair this recipe with a dessert? What do you choose? Fortune cookies... that's what comes to mind lol.

It is a really good recipe, we all love it! I have never paired it with a dessert that I can remember. I'm sure you would be good at that. :)
