I still refuse

I STILL REFUSE TO BE A PART OF ANOTHER GENERATION!

(A generation who knew not the LORD or His great works - Judges 2:10)

Those of you who were at Pacific Coast Camp last year know what I am talking about. I'm listening to a preaching CD from camp when Elder Gary Howard preached "I refuse to be apart of another generation." I will never forget that camp or what God spoke to us. He said the Lord spoke to Him and said He wanted to change the course of History. I still believe it! It's so easy to go on with life and forget about what we heard there, but God still wants to move. We should be seeing more or the gifts of the Spirit in operation, signs and wonders, healings, miracles. God is able and willing and ready to work!

We aren't waiting on Him, He is waiting on us. We all want revival but are we willing to pay the price? Praying consistantly, fasting, consecration, commitment, studying the Word, getting ahold of God - all these things are vital to having a real revival. Old fashioned Apostolic revival is not just going to fall in our laps if we are not doing enough!

I am going to do my part. These are the last days and we need a breakthrough. Sometimes we feel it and sometimes we don't, but God is never the problem! We just need to get where we need to be....

This is on my heart today and I just wanted to share. Let's all start seeking God like never before and doing our part...

Yes, many of us (because I am guilty of this as well) get so caught in "living life" that we put what is more important in the back of our minds. No time to waste anymore though, God's coming is closer than before...

That was such an awesome powerful message. Pacific Coast was so good last year, and you can tell that God really put a burden on both speaker's hearts. I love being able to feel God so strongly in a camp that is full of young people who refuse to be a part of another generation! I can't wait for this year, and to see what God has in store. Love ya!

Jessica - It really is an awesome life living for Him!! Thanks for the prayers!

Anali - We sure do get busy and caught up. I don't want to fall into that habit, but instead have the habit of staying prayed up!

EliBunny - I miss you!! It seriously was such an awesome camp. God helped a LOT of young people in that camp. Not to mention the adults! lol I can't wait to see what God will do either! Love you too!

Jen!
Thanks for the reminder again! I still remember this message so strongly! We are in revival right now with the Abbotts, and God is definately moving in our services. Many have gotten the Holy Ghost in these last few services! It's funny that I am just now reading this post, but tonight Bro. Abbott talked about the three R's as he called it in Revelation 2:5 (remember, repent, renew, and to do the first works) It was a message to help us (the church) to remember our first love, and to go back to it. We had an awesome service tonight, and I can definately say "I refuse to be a part of another generation"...

Love ya girl and miss ya bunches!
Thanks again for this awesome post!
